Community Support Connections
Offers services for seniors and adults with special needs in Cambridge and surrounding areas that will enable clients to live independently in their own homes.


Canadian Hearing Society
Provides services that enhance the independence of deaf, deafened and hard of hearing people, and that encourage prevention of hearing loss.


Canadian National Institute for the Blind
Provides services to individuals across Canada to whom vision loss is a central problem in personal and social activities. In addition to individuals, the CNIB also helps professions, government departments and private industry in vision loss related matters.


Community Care Access Centre
Assists, directs and supports residents in determining, coordinating and ensuring the provision of services in a variety of settings and in a creative and collaborative manner.


KidsAbility-Centres for Child Development
Aims to help children and young adults with developmental, physical and communication disabilities. The Centre provides services to children from birth to eighteen years of age.


KW Seniors Day Program
One-on-one volunteer visiting program for seniors or physically challenged adults living independently in KW.

Provider of emergency medical information services linked to customized bracelets and necklets for Canadians with medical conditions and special medical needs.


National Service Dogs
A non-profit Registered Charity specializing in breeding, training and placing Labrador and Golden Retrievers with children who have autism. NSD also provides service dogs for individuals with physical and visual challenges.


Ontario Disability Support Program
Intended to meet the needs of people with disabilities and help them to become more independent.


Sunbeam Residential Development Centre
Providing residential care and day programming for developmentally challenged individuals with physical & emotional impairments; offering outreach services to individuals, families and agencies in Waterloo Region.


The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation
Offers the Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program for Persons with Disabilities, a financial assistance program to undertake accessibility work to modify dwellings occupied or intended for occupancy by low-income persons with disabilities.
