Mission Statement

To provide victims of crime and/or traumatic circumstances with support and referral options in co-operation with Regional emergency service providers such as police, fire, ambulance and other related community services.

Volunteering

Victim Services of Waterloo Region is fortunate enough to have a fabulous compliment of dedicated volunteers who give of their time freely. Without the help of our volunteers, the agency would be unable to provide quality services to the victims of crime and trauma in our Region. While our volunteers are top notch, we are always looking for additional volunteers to enhance our team!

There are three types of volunteers:

  • On Call
  • Team Leader
  • Board Member

Click here for more details on each volunteer area.
