       ***ANNOUNCEMENT***
Our new volunteer training session has begun! Another 20 amazing people from our community have started the process to become VSWR Crisis Responders. If you think this is something you would like to do, our next training will be in May. We are expecting to be helping more and more victims of crime and tragedy cope with the trauma of their victimization and we would love to have more Crisis Responders.

Once again, the City of Cambridge has granted VSWR $4500 towards our High Risk Program. Thank you City of Cambridge

for helping us increase the safety of community members.

  3. Volunteering

volunteerVictim Services of Waterloo Region is fortunate enough to have a fabulous compliment of dedicated volunteers who give of their time freely. Without the help of our volunteers, the agency would be unable to provide quality services to the victims of crime and trauma in our Region. While our volunteers are top notch, we are always looking for additional volunteers to enhance our team! There are three types of volunteers: On Call, Team Leader and Board Member.
